for up to 6 people.
Facilities: 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and ceiling
fans. Large bathroom with bath/shower. Bright, large fully equipped open-plan kitchen
including fridge/freezer and microwave. Dining area. Lounge offering satellite TV, video
and music system. The villa is complete with washing machine, iron/ironing board, bedding,
towels (but not beach towels). Private parking.
The lounge leads outside to a semi-circular terrace overlooking the swimming pool and
patio area which is complete with sun-loungers, table, chairs and parasol. At the pool
terrace there is a shower cubicle and barbeque area.
The lower level of the villa, with separate entrance, is occupied on a long term let but
all visitors will have sole use of the pool, patio and barbeque.

Prices for Christmas, New Year and Easter available on request.
We prefer bookings to run from Saturday to Saturday. However, if this were impossible, especially
in the winter months, we would consider bookings starting on alternative days. Extended winter lets
are available at cheaper rates.
