Our villas are situated in quiet, established hillside residential areas just 500 mts outside Adsubia, providing peace and tranquility and open, stunning views of the mountains and orange groves around the village and down to the coast beyond. They offer the ideal escape for your annual holiday or winter break and a comfortable base for day trips.

The village itself is within walking distance and has a few small shops, bank, chemist, doctor's surgery, bars and restaurants.

Just 5 minutes from Adsubia is Pego, the larger market town which offers you a wide variety of shops and restaurants providing all types of cuisine and which are generally very good value, post office, health centre, banks and supermarkets, outdoor swimming pool, churches and museums and a colourful outdoor market every Thursday morning and car boot sale on Sundays.

This vast area of stunning mountain scenery is covered mainly in orange groves and still remains virtually unspoilt. It offers its visitors on the one hand pure relaxation and peace and on the other, the opportunity to explore the real Spain, as there are a host of leisure options in the local area. You are able to drive through the mountains and explore typical rural villages and ruined castles, you have both the Montgó National Reserve (near Denia) and Oliva/Pego marshes with its adjoining outdoor thermal waters. There are many other facilities nearby, including golf courses, horse riding, go-karting, mini-golf and safari park.
